Escrow protects the seller too: once a handover is confirmed, it cannot be charged back. That is the difference from a private deal on a classifieds site, where the money can be reversed weeks later and the account is already gone.
You submit the account with its contents and screenshots, moderation checks that what is described matches what is there, and the listing goes live. Nothing is published before that check — a listing that turns out to be wrong costs the marketplace more than it costs you.
When a buyer pays, the money is held by us. You hand over the credentials, the buyer confirms access, and the amount moves to your balance. If the buyer stays silent, the order auto-confirms after the stated window rather than hanging forever.
The money reaches you in steps: escrow first, then the buyer's warranty, then your seller balance, and payouts are requested from the hub. You receive exactly the price you set, and nothing is deducted from your amount.
A confirmed handover cannot be reversed. On a classifieds site the payment can be pulled back long after the account has changed hands — here that risk is on us, not on you.
That the screenshots are of the account being sold, that the described contents are actually on it, and that the email is unlinked where full access is claimed. Accounts levelled by bots are refused: they get banned in waves, and the refund lands on the marketplace.
Rejection comes with a reason. Most of the time it is fixable — a missing screenshot, an access type stated wrong — and the listing goes through on the second attempt.
