Come vendere oggetti di OSRS

Old School RuneScape prices every tradeable item on the Grand Exchange, so an item listing starts from a public number and then converts it: the exchange price is in gold, the cash price is that gold at the current rate less a discount. Discontinued rares — party hats, masks, third-age — are the exception: they trade by player at the day's market, above any guide.

What buyers ask first — and what the listing must say

• The exact item and, for rares, the fact that it is one; buyers will check the day's trade prices.
• Main game only — say the game mode; Deadman and Leagues items are worth nothing lasting.
• The quantity for stackable supplies and materials.
• When you are online for the trade, in a timezone.

How the handover works

• The trade happens in game, at the Grand Exchange or wherever you agree, after payment; the buyer's character name is on the order page.
• Large amounts and high-value rares are split across several trades.
• Ironman accounts cannot trade; their items sell only with the account.

Every order here runs through SmurfGuard escrow, in the same five steps:

1. The buyer pays. The money goes into SmurfGuard escrow — not to you, not to us.
2. The order appears in your seller cabinet at /seller/orders with everything the buyer gave: character name, trade link, or the access for a piloted order.
3. You hand over — in game, by trade offer, or with the account — and mark the order delivered on that page.
4. The buyer confirms. Your share moves to hold.
5. It stays on hold until the warranty window ends, then lands on your balance.

How to price it

• Exchange price converted at the gold rate, less a discount — the buyer could buy the gold and the item themselves.
• Rares are priced against the day's player trades, not the exchange guide.
• Supplies and gear sell in stacks, valued by the exchange.

What can go wrong

• Jagex forbids trading items for money; enforcement lands on the accounts involved.
• The gold rate moves weekly, so a price set last month is wrong this month; edit it.

What you receive

The commission is 0%: you receive exactly the price you set — not the price minus a percentage, not the price minus a transaction fee, not the price minus a withdrawal charge. There is no listing fee, no monthly fee and no seller rank that unlocks a better rate later. The hold is not a fee either: it is what makes a buyer willing to pay a stranger before receiving anything, and it is released the moment the warranty window closes.

Every new listing goes through moderation before it reaches the storefront. The check is about the listing being accurate — the details above, stated plainly — not about you proving anything.

Seller ranks

Your store carries a rank badge — New, Rising, Top or Elite — computed from confirmed sales, rating and reviews, and recomputed after every sale and every review. It changes nothing about the fee, the hold or the warranty: it is what buyers see next to your name on every listing, and one of the ways they can sort a shelf.
