Thirty days, on everything

Every order carries thirty days of free warranty and support. If an account is recovered by its original owner inside that window, it is replaced or refunded. Lifetime warranty extends that cover beyond the first month and is offered at checkout for fifteen percent of the order.

Why a refund is possible

Because the seller has not been paid. On a seller order the payment sits in escrow until you confirm, and even after that the seller's share sits on hold until the warranty window ends. There is still money to return — that is the whole point of not paying the seller directly.

How to ask

Open a dispute from the order page. A human reads it, looks at the listing, the chat and the delivery record, and decides. Nothing is refunded or paid out automatically — see Disputes.

Where the money goes back

By default a refund is credited to your buysmurf wallet the moment the dispute is decided: the credit is spent automatically on your next order, and there is no bank processing time. If you would rather have it back on the card or account you paid with, say so in the dispute — the same amount is then sent the way you paid, and the bank sets the timing. Any part of the order that was paid with cashback or wallet credit returns to the wallet in both cases.

What is not covered

• A ban or a loss caused by something done on the account after delivery.
• An account resold or shared by you after delivery.
• Changing your mind after a working handover has been confirmed.
• For boosting: a result the listing did not promise.

Chests and named skins are delivered by the marketplace itself; the same thirty days apply, and support handles them directly.
