One of two ways, and the listing says which. Either the seller sets a transfer password inside the game and you receive it with the account's ID — you enter both on your own device and the save comes over — or the account is linked to a Nintendo Account that is handed over with it, and you sign in with that. The first is the usual case on this shelf; the second is the one to check carefully, because whoever holds that Nintendo Account holds the account.
Yes. The transfer works across platforms, and the binder comes over in full. The one thing to compare after the move is the Poké Gold: currency bought in one platform's store can stay with that store, so if the balance reads lower than the listing after switching platforms, raise it while the confirmation window is open — or buy an account on your own platform to begin with.
Mostly no, and do not buy for that. Trades in Pocket run between friends, one card for one of the same rarity, each costs trade stamina and, for the rarer tiers, Shinedust, and the top rarities — crowns, immersive and special full-art cards — cannot be traded at all. A bought account is a collection to play and build decks from on its own; treat anything you can move as a small bonus.
Because hourglasses are packs nobody has opened yet. An account that spent them has the cards in the binder and is priced for the cards; an account that kept them is priced for what is there now, and what the packs would give is still luck — yours, after the purchase. If you like opening packs it is the better deal; if you want the collection done, it is not.
From the listing and the screenshots. The counts on the listing — total cards, crowns, shinies, immersive and full-art, Poké Gold, hourglasses — are read from the seller's title before it goes live, and the crown names are listed one by one. The binder itself you see only after delivery, which is why the comparison happens inside the confirmation window: the seller's money is frozen until you confirm, and a listing that does not match is a dispute rather than a loss.
Only for reading. The card pool, the sets and the pull rates are the same in every language; ENG says the account is played in English, so the binder, the card text and the menus read in English. It says nothing about what is in the collection.
Bring the save onto your own device, then lock it: link your own Nintendo Account if none is linked, set a new transfer password, and if a Nintendo Account came with the purchase, change its password and email and turn on two-step verification. Then compare the binder with the listing before you confirm — the steps above give the order.

Every listing carries the full locker upfront, checkout runs inside the platform, and credentials land in your dashboard the moment payment confirms. Nothing is arranged with the seller off-site.
Two kinds of listing live on this page. Compte unique is one exact account from a verified seller — you see what you buy. Compte aléatoire and named come from the house pool: the guaranteed part is stated, the rest is chance.
The total card count comes first, and on this shelf it moves the price more than anything else. Every account was farmed on the same routine, so the count is an honest measure of how far along it is: more cards means more of the sets filled, more duplicates turned into Shinedust and more of the binder ready to build decks from. Two accounts with the same count and different crown names sit close in price.
Poké Gold second. It is the one thing in the account that was bought with money, and the one thing you can spend as you like — on hourglasses, on the premium pass, on cosmetics. An account with a Poké Gold balance is priced above an identical one without it.
Then the rare tiers: the shiny count and the immersive and full-art count, and only after them the Crown Rares. Crowns are the top rarity and the cards people search by name — Charizard ex, Mewtwo ex, Pikachu ex, Mew ex — but a crown is one card, and one card moves a cheap account less than a whole tier of shinies does. Item crowns, Rare Candy and Poké Ball, are listed in the title and add nothing to the price.
One thing works backwards: unopened Pack Hourglasses make an account cheaper, not dearer. Hourglasses are packs nobody has opened yet — potential, not collection — and an account that kept them instead of opening them has fewer cards to show. Days played add a little, as a sign of a long streak rather than of anything in the binder.
| Tier | What the cards are | What it does to the price |
|---|---|---|
| One to three diamonds | The ordinary cards, most of the binder | Counted in the total, nothing on their own |
| Four diamonds | The playable ex cards | Deck value; part of the total count |
| One star | Full-art versions of ordinary cards | Counted with the immersive and full-art cards |
| Two stars | Special full-art ex and trainer cards | The same count on the listing; a little more each |
| Three stars | Immersive cards with the animated scene | The count that steps the price right after the total |
| Shiny | The shiny-rarity cards | A separate count on the listing; the second rare number that matters |
| Crown Rare | Gold cards, the top of the pool | Named in the title; ex crowns add, item crowns do not |
The transfer method first, because it decides how safely the account becomes yours. A Pocket account is moved either with a transfer password set inside the game or through a linked Nintendo Account. An account that was never linked, or whose Nintendo Account comes with it, is the clean case; an account linked to a Nintendo Account the seller keeps is the seller's account with your cards in it. Read the listing for which it is, and ask if it does not say — before you look at the binder.
Then the collection, in the order the price follows: the total count, then Poké Gold, then shinies and immersive cards, then the crowns by name. If you want a specific crown, filter by it — the ex crowns have their own slices below — and treat the rest of the title as a bonus. If you want a binder to build decks from, the total count and the four-diamond ex cards matter more than any single crown.
Third, the hourglasses. If you enjoy opening packs, an account that kept its Pack Hourglasses is the better buy at a lower price; if you want the collection already there, pick a higher count with fewer hourglasses. Both are honest — they are two different products at two different prices.
Language last, and only for reading: the card pool is the same in every language, so ENG in the title tells you how the binder will read, not what is in it.
Total cards first, then the tier you care about — those are the two numbers the price follows. Each slice carries its own live median, so you can compare it against the whole game instead of scrolling for it.
The terms of Pokémon TCG Pocket forbid selling or transferring an account, as with every publisher on this site, and DeNA enforces more quietly than most: bans for a bought account are uncommon, and the game itself does not check who is holding the phone. The real levers are elsewhere. The collection lives on DeNA's servers, not on your device, and a purchase the previous owner charges back is taken out of the account it was spent in — a Poké Gold refund after the sale can leave the account short or suspended, and no warranty here covers a chargeback.
The second lever is the Nintendo Account. Support restores a save to whoever holds the Nintendo Account it is linked to, and the link is not a setting you flip. An account linked to a Nintendo Account the seller keeps is one support ticket away from going back; that is why you read the listing for whether a Nintendo Account is linked and whether it comes with the purchase, and ask before paying if the listing does not say.
What is not a risk but disappoints buyers: trading. Trades run between friends, one card for one of the same rarity, cost trade stamina and Shinedust, and the top rarities cannot be traded at all. A bought account is a binder to play from, not a stock to move into your main.
Open the game on your own device and bring the save over — with the transfer password and the account's ID from the delivery, or by signing in to the Nintendo Account that came with it. Then close the door behind you: set a new transfer password so the one the seller had stops working, and if no Nintendo Account is linked, link your own — an unlinked account is one password away from anyone who has it. If a Nintendo Account came with the purchase, change its password and email and turn on two-step verification.
Then open the binder and compare it with the listing: the total count, the crowns by name, the shiny and immersive counts, Poké Gold and hourglasses. All of it while the confirmation window is open — that is the window in which the seller's money is still frozen.
Listing is free and you receive exactly the price you set: the platform's fee is added on top for the buyer, not taken out of your price. What sells a Pocket account is the title written the way this shelf reads it — the total count, the Crown Rares by name, the shiny and immersive counts, Poké Gold and the hourglasses left — and a straight answer on the Nintendo Account: never linked, linked and included, or linked and not. Buyers filter by crown name; a crown that is named sells, a crown that is implied does not.
