On a single-title account the game is the price, the way it is on every licence shelf: the recent full-price titles at the top, the older ones at the bottom, and the state of the account — the original mailbox, changeable details, no hours — deciding between two listings of the same game. Hogwarts Legacy and GTA V are the two names this shelf is searched for, and they have their own slices below.

On a giveaway library the count is the price, and the ladder is steep. Epic has given away a game or two every week for years, and an account that claimed them all holds a library nobody can assemble any more — the giveaways ended, the games went back to full price. A library past a hundred games sits an order of magnitude above a single-title account on our shelf, and the very large ones are the dearest thing here. What matters is that the games were claimed, not bought: the value is the years of showing up.

The two shapes overlap, and the listing says which one you are looking at: «Hogwarts Legacy + 15 games» is a title with a small library attached and is priced as the title; «141 games, Hogwarts Legacy and other hits» is a library that happens to include it and is priced as the library.

Region is a line to read rather than a price to pay. Epic sets an account's country when it is created and prices the store by it, so a listing that says «Turkey region» or «Russia» is telling you what the same games would cost to add to — cheaper there, and sometimes not available at all. It does not change what is already in the library.

Decide which shape you want. If it is one game — GTA V for its Online, Hogwarts Legacy, a title the store will not sell you where you are — filter by the game and ignore the library count; a listing with two hundred giveaways and not the title you came for is not a bargain. If it is the library, filter by the count and read the names in the description, because a large library can be two hundred small games or two hundred that include the ones you would have bought.

Then the state of the account. «Native» or «100%» means the original mailbox is included, «data change» means you can move the details to yours, «0 hours» means the game was never launched. On a login that costs this little, that line is most of the difference between two listings of the same title — and the whole difference between an account you own and one you are borrowing.

Third, region, if you plan to keep buying on the account. An account created in a cheap store region adds games at that region's prices; one created in yours adds them at yours. If you only want what is already in the library, the region is a detail.

Last, the free games on the same login. Fortnite and Rocket League come with every Epic account and add nothing on their own; a listing that names skins or cars on them is a different product, and it should say so in the title.

An Epic account is recovered through its email, and support returns it to whoever can prove the original registration. A listing without the mailbox is therefore an account with two owners, and the one holding the mailbox wins. Read that line before you read the library.

The second thing is the region. Epic allows an account's country to be changed rarely, and a mismatch between the account's region and where you actually buy can block purchases or payment methods. That does not touch what is already in the library — it touches what you add. Know which you are buying for.

Epic's terms, like every publisher's, do not provide for selling accounts. What protects you is the mailbox, the password you set and the two-factor code you add, plus escrow: the payment is held until you confirm the account opens and the library matches the listing.

Change the password, move the email to your own, then turn on two-factor authentication on the Epic account. Do it before you confirm the order — the confirmation is what releases the seller's money.

Then open the library and compare it with the listing: the named title is there, in the edition promised; the library count is roughly what the title said; the games are installable from where you are. On a single-title account also check the hours, if «0 hours» was promised.

Listing is free and you receive exactly the price you set: the platform's fee is added on top for the buyer rather than taken out of your price. Say which shape the account is. For a single title, name it exactly and with its edition — buyers filter by the game, and a listing that only says «Epic account» reaches nobody. For a library, put the count in the title and the best names in the description: «177 games» is what the shelf sorts by, and «Hogwarts Legacy and other hits» is what makes a buyer open it. Say the region, and say plainly whether the email comes with it.
