The same account at the same specification differs in price by half depending on one field. Here is what each access type means, and why the cheap one is not a scam — until it is unstated.

Of every field on a listing, this one moves the price most and gets read least. Two accounts with identical contents can differ in value by half because of it.
Full access. The original email comes with the account, and you can change it to yours. After that, the previous owner has no path back: recovery requests go to your address. This is the only version where the account becomes yours in the sense you probably mean.
Email changeable, original not included. You can attach your own address, but the account's history — the creation record, the earlier email — stays with the seller. Publishers weigh that history when someone files a recovery claim. Better than nothing, worse than full.
No email access. You get a login and a password. Everything else stays with whoever created the account, and they can take it back with one support ticket.
Not as a trap. Some accounts genuinely cannot be sold with the original email — it belongs to a person who is selling one of several accounts on it, or it is tied to a phone number they still use. Those listings are honest, cheaper, and work fine for someone who wants to play for a season and move on.
It becomes a problem only when the type is not stated. A listing that says nothing about access is telling you the answer: if it were full, it would say so, because that is what commands the higher price.
At equal specification, the discount on a no-email account is real — and so is what you give up:

Every listing here states the access type explicitly, and it is not buried: it sits in the account data block along with the contents. When you are comparing two listings that look identical at different prices, this field is almost always the reason.
