Delivering an order

Where orders appear

Your seller cabinet at /seller/orders. Every paid order is there with what the buyer gave: their character name, their trade link, or — for a piloted boost — their access.

Accounts

The credentials you uploaded are shown to the buyer on their order page the moment payment clears. Your part is to be reachable in the chat if they have a question, and to keep your hands off the account from then on.

Items and currency

Deliver by the mechanism the listing stated — trade offer, in-game trade, mail — to the buyer's details on the order page, inside the deadline printed on the listing. Then mark the order delivered.

Boosting

Run the order; for a piloted order read the buyer's access in the cabinet, never in chat. Mark the order delivered when the target is reached. See Piloted boosting access.

Two rules

• Never deliver before the order shows as paid. An order that is not on your cabinet's list is not an order.
• Never deliver to details that are not on the order page. Every scam against sellers is a variation of one of these two.

Then the buyer confirms

Your share moves to hold, and to your balance when the warranty window ends. If the buyer disputes instead, a human reads the listing, the chat and the delivery record — see Disputes as a seller.
