Seller ranks: New, Rising, Top, Elite

What a rank changes

The badge next to your name on every listing, on your store page and in the seller card of a product page, and where you land when a buyer sorts a shelf by "top sellers first". Nothing else: the 30-day warranty, the 0% fee and the payout schedule are the same for every seller.

The four ranks

• New seller — no confirmed sales yet. Every seller starts here, and the card says so honestly.
• Rising seller — 5 confirmed sales and a rating of 4.5 or higher.
• Top seller — 25 confirmed sales, a rating of 4.8 or higher, at least 10 reviews, and a confirmed sale within the last 30 days.
• Elite seller — 150 confirmed sales, a rating of 4.9 or higher, at least 50 reviews, a sale within the last 30 days, and a first sale at least a year ago.

What counts

• A confirmed sale is a delivered order the buyer confirmed (or that auto-confirmed) and whose warranty window has closed — the moment the money leaves hold.
• The rating is the average of all reviews on your store.
• Reviews are counted per completed purchase; a buyer can leave one per order item.

Moving between ranks

Ranks are recomputed when a sale is confirmed, when a review is posted, and once a day. They go down as well as up: a Top seller with no sale in 30 days returns to Rising until the next confirmed sale. Your cabinet shows what is missing for the next rank.

Review tags

When a buyer leaves a review they can pick up to three tags — fast delivery, as described, helpful, patient, professional, would buy again. From three tagged reviews your store shows "What buyers say", a count of each tag across all your reviews. Tags are chosen by buyers only; they cannot be edited or bought.
