Dispute

A claim opened from the order page when the delivery is wrong or missing; a person decides it from the order log.

A dispute freezes the order and hands it to the platform. The decision is made from what is written down — the listing, the order chat, the delivery record — which is why sellers and buyers are told to keep everything in the order chat rather than in Discord. Nothing is refunded or paid out automatically; the outcome is either a refund from escrow or a release to the seller.
