Marketplace terms
- Escrow
- Payment held by the marketplace until the buyer confirms the handover; the seller is paid only after that.
- Hold
- The seller's share of a confirmed order, kept by the marketplace until the warranty window closes.
- Warranty
- Thirty days of cover on every order: replacement or refund if access is lost through no fault of the buyer.
- Dispute
- A claim opened from the order page when the delivery is wrong or missing; a person decides it from the order log.
- Full access (FA)
- An account sold together with its original email, so the buyer can change everything and own it outright.
- Original email (OGE)
- The email address the account was created with — whoever controls it controls the account.
- Account recovery
- The original owner reclaiming a sold account through the publisher's support — the main risk of buying accounts.
- Smurf account
- A second, lower-ranked account used by an experienced player — the origin of the site's name.
- Unranked
- An account that has met the game's requirements for ranked play but has not played its placement matches.
- Hand-leveled
- An account leveled by a person playing normally, rather than by a bot — the kind that survives ban waves.
- MMR
- Matchmaking rating — the hidden number a game uses to pick opponents, distinct from the visible rank.
- Placement matches
- The first ranked games of a season that decide an account's starting rank.
- Boosting
- A service that raises an account's rank — either by a booster playing it (piloted) or playing alongside the owner (self-play).
- Self-play
- A boosting order where the buyer plays on their own account alongside the booster; no credentials change hands.
- Piloted
- A boosting order where the booster logs into the buyer's account and plays it until the target is reached.
- Coaching
- An hour with a higher-ranked player who watches, plays alongside or reviews replays — on the buyer's own account.
- Payout
- A seller's withdrawal of their balance after the hold has been released.
- Cashback
- A share of every paid order credited to the buyer's wallet, released when the order is confirmed.
- Wallet
- The buyer's balance on the marketplace: cashback, refunds credited as wallet credit, daily-case rewards.
- Refund
- Money returned for an order that went wrong — instantly as wallet credit, or the way you paid.
- Promo code
- A code entered at checkout for a percentage or fixed discount; some are personal and work only for the account they were issued to.
- Seller rank
- New, Rising, Top or Elite — a badge computed from confirmed sales, rating and reviews; it changes no terms.
- Verified purchase
- A review badge meaning the reviewer's order exists on the marketplace; imported reviews do not carry it.
- Per-unit listing
- A currency or coaching listing priced for one unit — 1K gold, one hour — with the seller's stock and minimum order stated.
- Manual delivery
- A handover done by the seller in person after payment — gold traded in game, a boost played, an item sent — as opposed to automated pool delivery.
Fortnite
- OG skin
- A cosmetic from the game's early seasons that has not returned to the shop — rare because it cannot be bought any more.
- Vaulted
- Removed from the item shop, with no announced return date.
- Locker
- The account's collection of cosmetics: skins, back blings, pickaxes, gliders, emotes and wraps.
- Battle pass
- The seasonal reward track; its exclusive skins never return to the shop once the season ends.
- Item shop
- The rotating store where most cosmetics are sold; what is not in it today may not be for sale for years.
- Save the World (STW)
- Fortnite's paid PvE mode; an account with it can earn V-Bucks daily and is worth more.
- V-Bucks
- Fortnite's premium currency, bought with real money and spent in the item shop.
- Linked console
- A PlayStation, Xbox or Switch account tied to the Epic account; it cannot always be unlinked.
- Stacked
- A locker with many cosmetics — the seller's word for size, not for rarity.
- Exclusive
- A cosmetic that cannot be bought in the item shop: battle pass rewards, promotions, event drops.
- Renegade Raider
- The Season 1 skin bought for V-Bucks at level 20 in late 2017, the rarest common reference point for an OG account.
- Purple Skull Trooper
- The glow style of Skull Trooper available only to accounts that owned the skin in October 2017.
- Email change
- Whether the buyer can replace the account's email — the line that decides if a Fortnite account can be secured.
League of Legends
- Level 30
- The account level required for ranked play; "level 30 unranked" is the standard smurf listing.
- Blue essence (BE)
- The free currency that buys champions; a large balance means the buyer picks their own roster.

- Riot's behaviour score; low honor locks rewards and end-of-season borders.
- Ranked rewards
- Victorious skins and borders given at season end for a rank held on an honourable account.
- Champion shard

- Prestige skin
- A limited gold variant of a skin, available for a short window and then gone.

- Moving an account between Riot regions for RP — possible for most regions, with a cooldown.

- League Points, the score inside a rank; a hundred promotes, zero and a loss demotes.
- RP
- Riot Points, the paid currency that buys skins and region transfers.
- Black Alistar
- The pre-order skin from 2009 — the oldest unobtainable skin in the game.
- Champion count
- How many champions the account owns; a full roster is a selling point on its own.
- Duo queue
- Ranked with one partner; the format self-play boosting and most coaching sessions use.
Valorant

- The points inside a rank; a hundred of them is a promotion.
- Episode and act
- Valorant's seasons: an episode is three acts, and ranks are reset at episode boundaries.

- The top rank, above Immortal; only the highest few hundred players per region hold it.
- Level 20
- The account level required for competitive play; the Valorant equivalent of a level-30 smurf.
- Radianite points
- The currency that upgrades weapon skins to their higher variants and finishes.
- Skin bundle

- Immortal (Valorant)
- The three-tier rank below Radiant; the usual proof bar for a coach or booster.
Counter-Strike 2

- Headless Horseman

- Korblox Deathspeaker
- The bundle with the ghostly right leg; like Headless, a status item sold in the shop rather than a limited.

- Five-star (5★)

- Pity
- The guarantee counter: a five-star is certain within ninety pulls, and a limited one within two five-stars.
- Primogems
- The currency that buys wishes; an account's balance is future pulls.
- Starter account

- Dota MMR
- The visible number behind the medal; leaderboard position for Immortal.
- Dota Plus / event pass levels
- Event pass levels earn cosmetics that retire with the event; high levels on old passes are collector value.

- The ladder score; arenas and leagues open by it.
PUBG Mobile
- UC
- Unknown Cash, the paid currency; a balance and the outfits it bought are what a listing prices.

- Royale Pass
- The seasonal pass; its rewards retire with the season and mark an account's age.
- Conqueror
- The top rank tier, awarded to the top of the server each season; a season title, not a permanent state.
- Login method
- Facebook, Google, Twitter or Apple — the account is sold by handing over the linked login.
Steam
- Steam Guard
- Steam's two-factor; the mobile authenticator must be moved to the buyer, and moving it starts trade holds.
- Steam level
- The profile level from badges; visible, cheap to fake with card sets, and still a signal buyers read.
- Game count
- How many games are in the library; on account shelves, a count of keys rather than a measure of value.
- Store region
- The country of the Steam store the account buys from; prices and availability differ, and it changes only with a real move.

- Stash tabs
- Paid inventory tabs bought with points; account-bound, and part of what an account listing offers.
