The ULTRA count first, and by a wide margin. ULTRA units come from their own banners at the lowest rates in the game, and the count in the title is where the shelf steps: accounts at the top of the ULTRA range sell for several times the bottom, and everything else on the card explains differences inside a band rather than between bands. Two accounts with the same number of ULTRAs and everything else different land close together.

LEGENDS LIMITED second — the SPARKING units that only ever appear on limited banners, at Legends Festival and the anniversaries, which is why the count runs into the tens on a played account and still matters after the ULTRAs. Plain SPARKING is third and weak: everyone has them. The newest tier, LEGEND — written LR in titles — barely moves the price on its own yet: it is young, has few units, and the counts are small everywhere. Read it as a sign the account was played recently, not as a price.

The names sell inside a band. Super Vegito, Ultra Instinct -Sign- Goku and Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta lead the titles, then Super Saiyan Goku, Half-Corrupted Fusion Zamasu, Perfect Cell, Fused with Kami Piccolo, Super Saiyan Rosé Ultra Supervillain Goku Black, Final Form Frieza: Full Power, Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta, Super Saiyan God SS Vegito, Majin Vegeta, Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Goku, Super Saiyan 3 Goku (Mini), Super Gogeta, Beast Gohan, Bardock, Hit, Turles. A name in the title is a claim; the character list on the screenshot is the proof. The star level on a unit — raised by pulling the same unit again — moves the price of the same name: a high-star ULTRA is a different item from the same ULTRA at low stars, because the duplicates behind it are summons the account has already paid for.

Chrono Crystals move the price the other way. The accounts with the biggest balances are the cheapest on the shelf: they are starter accounts run through the story for its crystals and never summoned on, and a balance is only the summons the account has not made yet. A played account has spent its crystals and shows the result in the roster. Which of the two you want depends on whether you want to pull yourself or buy the pulls someone already made — and the crystal-rich slice is where the reroll accounts live.

Platform first, because in this game the platform is the login. An account is held by whatever it was linked to — Google Play Games or a Google account on Android, Game Center on iOS, a Bandai Namco ID on either — and that login is what changes hands. Almost every card here says Android. An Android account can be brought to an iPhone, but a transfer across systems drops the Chrono Crystal balance and the Legends Pass, and Bandai does not compensate for them. If you play on iOS, start from the iOS slice or write the crystals off in advance.

Then what that login is. A Google account created for this game and handed over with it is yours to take over completely. The seller's own everyday Google account is not, and a link in this game cannot be removed once it is set — so an account on somebody's personal login stays reachable by them for good. Ask which of the two it is before anything else; a seller who cannot answer has answered.

Third, the roster in the order the price reads it: the ULTRA count sets the band, the LEGENDS LIMITED count sorts inside it, then the names you actually want and the stars on them. The counts on the card are parsed from the seller's title, not read from the game, so they are the seller's claim until the character list on the screenshot confirms them. Filter the list by rarity in the game and count — that is a one-screen check.

Crystals last, and only if you plan to summon yourself. A large balance on a fresh account is a reroll start, cheap for that reason; a large balance on a played account with a real roster is rare and priced accordingly. Do not pay roster money for a balance.

Bandai Namco's terms forbid transferring or selling an account, and its support restores an account to the login it was linked to first. Bans for trading are rare but possible, and no warranty covers them. The risk that actually happens is the pull-back: whoever still holds a linked login can run the transfer to their own device, and the game will then not let the account move again for a day. That is the whole reason the login you receive has to be one you can own outright.

Specific to this game: a link cannot be removed once it is set. You can add a login of your own, and you should, but the previous one stays. So an account linked to the seller's personal Google account or Bandai Namco ID is never fully yours, however honest the seller; only a login created for the account and handed over with it — password, recovery address and all — closes that door.

And the cross-system trap, which is not a ban but costs money: moving an Android account to an iPhone or back drops the Chrono Crystal balance and the Legends Pass, with no compensation from Bandai. A crystal-rich account bought to summon on becomes a cheap account the moment it crosses.

Take over the login you were given before you touch the game: change its password, replace its recovery address and phone with yours, turn on two-step verification. In this game the link cannot be removed, so the login is the account — whoever controls the login controls the save. Then install the game on your device, choose data transfer at the start, sign in with that login and check that the Player ID and the name match the card.

Then open the character list, filter it by rarity and count: the ULTRAs, the LEGEND, the LEGENDS LIMITED, the named units and the stars on them, the crystal balance. All of it while the confirmation window is open — that is the window in which the seller's money is still frozen. Last, add a transfer login of your own — a Bandai Namco ID works on both systems — so the account has a route that never belonged to anyone else.

Listing is free and you receive exactly the price you set — the platform's fee is added on top for the buyer, not taken out of your price. What sells the account is a title written the way buyers filter: the Chrono Crystal balance, then the ULTRA, LEGEND, LEGENDS LIMITED and SPARKING counts, then the units by name with their stars, and the platform. Attach the character list filtered by rarity rather than the home screen. And say plainly what the login is: a Google account or Bandai Namco ID created for this account and handed over with it sells; your own personal login cannot be handed over, cannot be unlinked, and buyers know it.
