An account that has not been calibrated has no rank yet, and that is worth paying for. You place it yourself, in your own matches, and the rank you end up with is the rank you can actually hold. A calibrated account arrives with somebody else's placement already on it — and since the accounts farmed for sale are placed by whoever farmed them, that is usually a low one you then have to climb out of. On our shelf, among listings that state calibration and carry no rank, the uncalibrated ones sell for several times the calibrated ones. It is the single most useful line in a Standoff 2 title.

Rank matters when the account is bought FOR the rank — and at this shelf's scale only the top of the ladder has enough listings to speak of. Legend accounts are a market of their own and priced accordingly; the ranks in the middle appear one or two at a time, so their medians describe the listing rather than the rank. If you want a specific rank, read the listing, not the average.

Level is the entry ticket to ranked rather than a price: the twenty-level accounts on this shelf exist because twenty is what ranked asks for, so the figure tells you the account is ready rather than that it is good. Above that it climbs with the account's age, and it prices little on its own.

The collection is the third market. Knives and gloves — a Mantis, a Royal Rose — and the seasonal medals: Veteran, the year badges, the event frames. Those cannot be earned any more, which is exactly why the listings that hold them are the dearest here and why they are described by name rather than by number. The skins on this shelf behave like the ones on a CS2 account: read the names, open the screenshots, and price the collection rather than the account around it.

Decide what you are buying. Ranked access: look for a levelled, uncalibrated account and ignore everything else on the card — the point is that the rank is still yours to set. A rank: read the rank, and expect the top of the ladder to be a different price bracket. A collection: read the item names and the medals, and treat the rank as incidental.

On a ranked-entry account, check the calibration line explicitly. «Without calibration» is the feature; «calibration done» means you inherit a placement. If the listing does not say, ask — on this shelf that single word separates the cheap half from the dear one.

Then the login. A Standoff 2 account is entered through the Google, Apple or VK account it is bound to, and the listing should say which and whether you receive it. An account left on the seller's login is an account they can take back.

Last, the extras: boxes still unopened, the ID itself when it is a short or memorable one, charms and frames. They separate two otherwise equal listings and are not a reason to choose one kind of account over another.

The login is the whole purchase. Standoff 2 accounts are bound to a Google, Apple or VK login, and recovery runs through it — so what matters is whether you end up holding that login and its email, not what the account contains. A bare in-game ID and password with the seller's Google account still attached is an account on loan. And one rule of the game's own: the primary login — the one the account was created with — can be neither changed nor unlinked; your own login can only be added as an additional one. So the primary service account itself has to be handed over, or the account is never fully yours.

Axlebolt bans for cheating and for buying in-game items outside the game, and a banned account is worthless whatever its collection. An account with a long clean history is the safer buy; one whose title promises impossible items is the obvious warning.

The publisher's terms, like every publisher's, do not provide for selling accounts. What protects you is taking over the login, changing what can be changed, and escrow — the payment is held until you confirm the account opens and the rank, skins and medals are the ones in the listing.

Take over the login the account is bound to — change the password of the Google, Apple or VK account, move the email where you can, and turn on two-factor authentication there. Do it before you confirm the order; the confirmation is what releases the seller's money.

Then open the game and check what the listing promised: the calibration state (is a rank shown or not), the level, the knives and gloves in the inventory, the medals on the profile. If you bought an uncalibrated account, do not let anyone else play the placement matches — the rank they earn is the rank you keep.

Listing is free and you receive exactly the price you set: the platform's fee is added on top for the buyer rather than taken out of your price. Say the calibration state in the first words — on this shelf it is what buyers filter for, and an uncalibrated account that does not say so is priced as a calibrated one. Then the rank if there is one, the level, and the collection by name: knives, gloves, medals, frames. Say which login the account is bound to and what the buyer receives; that line closes the sale here more often than any skin does.
