Unranked

An account that has met the game's requirements for ranked play but has not played its placement matches.

Unranked accounts are the blank slate of competitive games: they have the level, the champions or agents required, and no rank history, so the placement matches decide where the account lands. Buyers value them because the MMR is neutral and the account carries no record. A "fresh unranked" listing means no ranked games this season; "previously ranked" means the account has a history the matchmaking remembers.
