When to open one

• Nothing was delivered by the deadline printed on the listing.
• What was delivered does not match the card.
• The account was recovered by its original owner inside the warranty window.
• A boost did not reach the target the listing promised.

How

From the order page. Say what happened in plain terms and attach what shows it — a screenshot of the login failing, the recovery notice, the rank.

What happens next

The order is frozen — the seller's share stays in escrow or on hold — and a human reads the listing, the chat and the delivery record. Nothing about it is automatic: no sweep refunds you by itself, and no sweep pays the seller by itself. The outcome is a replacement, a refund, or the order confirmed as delivered, and you see it on the order page.

What a dispute is judged against

The card and the chat. A listing that stated the email cannot change until a date is not a defect on that date; a seller who promised something in chat that the card did not say is held to the chat.
