Power is the account's total combat strength and it is the price of this shelf: across the listings it tracks the price more tightly than anything else we measure, and we checked that the ladder holds inside the top-tier armies as well as below them. Sellers write it as «Account 100M» or «Power 28,5M», in millions, and the steps between our slices are set in those millions.
VIP level and troop tier are how the power was made. VIP is the spending tier — it rises with money put into the account — and the troop tier is the army's technology, with the highest tier on this shelf the mark of an account played to the end. Both move with power almost in lockstep, which is why they are filters here rather than addresses: past a certain power an account has the VIP and the tier it needs, and the number that separates two such accounts is the power itself.
Heroes at their cap and awakened heroes are the next layer, stated by the endgame lots: how many of the roster are levelled to the top and how many have been taken beyond it. Kill points say how the power was used — an account with hundreds of millions of kills was a fighter, one with none was a builder — and a buyer who wants to fight should read that line.
The rest is the wrapper: HQ level, gems in the bank, house and march skins, and whether the account is linked to an IGG account or comes clean. The last one is not a price. It is the line that decides whether the account can become yours.

Set the power band first. It places the account in a price bracket before anything else is compared, and the brackets on this shelf are an order of magnitude apart.

The login is the whole risk, and on an IGG game it has a specific shape. The account is held by the IGG login it is bound to — or it is not bound yet. «Not linked» means you bind it to your own IGG account after delivery and it is yours; «linked» means the seller hands over an IGG login and the email behind it, and until that email is yours the account can be recovered by whoever holds it. The listing must say which case it is, and the price of a mistake here is the whole purchase.
IGG enforces against account trading and a bought account carries its history; there is no way to inspect that from outside. What you can read is the seller's record and the screenshots. On a shelf priced in the hundreds and thousands, that reading is worth the minutes.
Escrow covers the handover: the payment stays with us until you confirm the account opens, the power and the army match the listing, and the login is in your hands. The warranty window runs from there. What it cannot cover is the game itself — an army sent into a losing fight on day one is gone, and the power figure with it.
