Then be honest about what you are buying for. Because the combat is played rather than composed, a maxed account does not carry a new player the way it does in a turn-based game: Shiyu Defense punishes bad dodges regardless of what is on the team. If you are new to the genre, a cheaper account with one strong agent teaches you more than an expensive roster you cannot pilot.
Third, look for a complete team rather than a count of S-ranks. A working ZZZ team is a damage agent, a stunner and a support, and each of those roles has good A-rank options — an account with the right three is more playable than one with three mismatched five-star names.

The terms forbid transfers, and as in Genshin and Star Rail the practical risk is a recovery claim rather than a ban: support restores accounts to whoever can prove ownership, and purchase receipts are that proof. They stay with the person who originally paid.
So full access is the thing to insist on. With the mailbox you change the address and the password and the previous owner's claim thins out; without it you hold an account somebody else can document.
Because the game is new, there is one more thing worth checking: a large share of listings are early accounts with heavy pre-registration and launch rewards. Those are legitimate, but they are also the cheapest kind of account to assemble, so the price should reflect that rather than the word «rare» in the description.
