Two kinds of listing live on this page. Cuenta única is one exact account from a verified seller — you see what you buy. Cuenta aleatoria and named come from the house pool: the guaranteed part is stated, the rest is chance.

Fragments are spent in the exchange on a character you choose, so a large stock is the right to pick the unit you came for — an EX you have been missing, a meta support — rather than a chance at it. Between two listings that look alike, the fragment count is the difference, and it is the only number here that climbs with the price in a straight line.
Diamonds are the opposite, and they are the most common way to overpay on this shelf. Nearly every listing states the same stock, because it is what a fresh account is given: the middle half of the shelf holds exactly the same number. A figure that almost all the goods share cannot tell one from another — it is the entry ticket to a reroll, not a feature of a particular one. When a title leads with diamonds and says little else, it has told you it belongs here and nothing more.
The named characters are the third thing, and on the dearer rerolls they are the headline: an EX unit, a Gear 4 Luffy, a pair of them. A reroll with a named EX is a different product from one with «random 4-star characters», because the point of the purchase is the unit. Read the names before the counts.

The platform first. Sellers write «Android only» or «iOS only» because that is how they can hand the account over, and a listing that names the other OS is a listing you may not be able to use. If you play on iOS, filter to iOS; if the title says the Japanese app, that is a different build again, and you would need it installed.
Then decide what you are actually buying: the fragments or the character. If you want a specific unit, look for it by name among the EX listings — that is the whole purchase, and the fragment count is the margin around it. If you want to pick your unit yourself, buy fragments: the more of them, the more the exchange will let you choose.
Third, ignore the diamonds unless a listing states an unusual amount. Nearly all of them state the same number, so it is not a comparison — it is what a fresh account looks like. A listing whose only claim is diamonds is the cheapest kind of listing here for exactly that reason.
Last, if what you want is a built account rather than a start, those exist at the top of the shelf and are priced by their roster. They are few, and the screenshots matter more than the title.

The handover is the risk on a shelf this cheap. A Bounty Rush account is reached through the login it was bound to, and rerolls are often sold as a bare login or a transfer code. What you want is to be able to bind the account to your own credentials afterwards; what you do not want is an account left on the seller's social login, which they can use to take it back.
The platform is the second thing, and it goes wrong after payment if you skipped the title: an account made on one store may not open on the other, and the Japanese build is a separate app with its own account space. Read the line before you pay, and ask if the listing is not explicit.

Then open the account on your own device and check it against the listing: the gold fragments, the diamonds, and above all the characters the title named. If you bought it for a specific EX unit, that unit being present is the only check that matters.
Listing is free and you receive exactly the price you set: the platform's fee is added on top for the buyer rather than taken out of your price. Lead with the gold fragments and the named characters — those are what buyers filter and search by — and state the platform in the first words, because a listing without it is a listing half the shelf's buyers will skip. Diamonds are worth stating and not worth leading with: nearly every account here has the same stock, and a title that leads with them reads as an ordinary reroll.
