Smurf account
A second, lower-ranked account used by an experienced player — the origin of the site's name.
Unranked
An account that has met the game's requirements for ranked play but has not played its placement matches.
Hand-leveled
An account leveled by a person playing normally, rather than by a bot — the kind that survives ban waves.

A seller's withdrawal of their balance after the hold has been released.
Cashback
A share of every paid order credited to the buyer's wallet, released when the order is confirmed.

The buyer's balance on the marketplace: cashback, refunds credited as wallet credit, daily-case rewards.
Refund
Money returned for an order that went wrong — instantly as wallet credit, or the way you paid.
Promo code
A code entered at checkout for a percentage or fixed discount; some are personal and work only for the account they were issued to.
Seller rank
New, Rising, Top or Elite — a badge computed from confirmed sales, rating and reviews; it changes no terms.
Verified purchase
A review badge meaning the reviewer's order exists on the marketplace; imported reviews do not carry it.
Per-unit listing
A currency or coaching listing priced for one unit — 1K gold, one hour — with the seller's stock and minimum order stated.
Manual delivery
A handover done by the seller in person after payment — gold traded in game, a boost played, an item sent — as opposed to automated pool delivery.

Removed from the item shop, with no announced return date.
