Delta Force is free, plays on PC and mobile, and signs in three different
ways — which is why «how do I switch my account» is the most asked question
about it that has nothing to do with the game. The answers below are the
publisher's own, from the Delta Force player-support centre, put in the order
a buyer needs them.
The account is a Level Infinite Pass — the publisher's account system, an
email and a password, registered free at the login screen. It is what plays
on PC and on mobile alike, and what every other way in points to:
- Steam (and Epic) — a Steam account is linked to a Level Infinite Pass
through «Link Account» in the launcher, and, in the support centre's words,
«Steam and Level Infinite Pass accounts are linked one-to-one».
- Social logins — Google, Facebook and the rest can be attached in the
Account Center (launcher on PC, settings on mobile) and used to sign in.
- Guest — the mobile version lets you play without any account. Guest
progress lives on the device: the support centre says it «might be lost»
when you switch phones, and tells you to connect a Level Infinite Pass as
soon as you first log in as a guest.
So a Delta Force account changes hands as an email — plus whatever Steam or
social account is tied to that email.
On the official launcher: Account Center in the top right → log out → sign
in with the other Level Infinite Pass. Simple.
On Steam it is not, and the support centre says so directly: pressing
«Log Out» in the Account Center closes the launcher — «this is normal
behaviour» — because the Steam account and the Pass are linked one-to-one.
To play another account through Steam you switch the Steam account (Steam
client → Switch Account), then bind a Level Infinite Pass to it before
launching the game. One Steam account, one Pass.
If you signed in and landed in a stranger's account, the answer is the boring
one from the FAQ: sign in the same way you did when the account was created.
Google today and email tomorrow are two accounts.
There is no self-service unlink. The support centre describes how to link, and
a separate article for a console mistakenly linked to the wrong email — which
goes through player support with proof of ownership — but nothing a player
can do alone to detach a Steam account from a Pass. Read the one-to-one rule
literally: a Steam account that is linked stays linked until support acts.
On PC: game settings (top right) → Privacy → Delete Account. On
mobile: settings → Delete Account. Then the rule that matters: from the day
after the request the account enters a 30-day cooling-off period. Logging
in during those 30 days is treated as cancelling the request; after 30 days
the deletion is permanent and «cannot be retrieved».
Progress is shared between PC and mobile when you sign in on the phone with
the same Level Infinite Pass — or with the same social account that the Pass
has linked on the launcher. A guest account on the phone is not that: connect
the Pass first, then the phone and the PC are one account.
A lost Pass is recovered on the Level Infinite Pass site's support page, not
in the game. The password changes in the launcher's Account Center (PC) or
Settings → Account Center (mobile), and the change is confirmed by
email — so whoever holds the mailbox holds the password.
You are buying an email. The Pass is the account; the game's own FAQ ties the
password change, the recovery and the cross-platform sign-in to it. Two lines
on a listing decide whether that email becomes yours:
- Full access on this shelf means the Pass email is handed over with the
account. Without it you hold a password that the mailbox owner can reset
tomorrow.
- The store line — «Steam», «launcher», «Steam + launcher» — says which
way the account signs in. A Steam-linked account is linked to a Steam
account one-to-one, and that account is the seller's unless the listing says
the Steam login comes too. A launcher-only account is the cleaner buy: one
email, no third key.
Read the last row: most of the shelf states no login at all, and on this game
that is the first question to ask, ahead of the cash and the level. The price itself is
the cash first and the level second, as measured in
how much a Delta Force account is worth.
- Sign in through the launcher with the Pass, not through the seller's
Steam — that proves the email and the password are the account.
- Change the password in the Account Center and confirm it from the mailbox,
which must already be yours; then change the mailbox's own password.
- Open the Account Center and read every linked login: a Steam or social
account that is not yours is the seller's key, and you cannot remove it
alone — settle it with the seller before confirming the order.
- Know the deletion rule: if a previous owner ever files a deletion, your
next login cancels it — one more reason to sign in on your own device
early and often in the first month.
Buying: Delta Force accounts · mobile accounts
· level 40+. Selling:
list a Delta Force account — say which login the account
sits behind and whether the email comes with it; the table above shows how few
sellers do.
