Report Abuse
If something on this site is stolen, fraudulent or infringing, tell us and we will act on it. This page says exactly what to send so that we can.

What to report
— An account listed for sale that was taken from you.
— A listing that misrepresents what it contains, or a seller behaving fraudulently.
— Content that infringes a trademark or copyright you hold.
— Any security issue in the site itself.
How to report
Write to [ABUSE EMAIL] or use the support page. Include:
— the exact link to the listing, store or order;
— what is wrong, in one or two sentences;
— what you can show — for a stolen account, evidence of original ownership such as the first purchase receipt or the original registration email; for an IP claim, what right you hold and where it is registered;
— how to reach you for follow-up.
A report without a link and without evidence cannot be acted on, and chasing you for it only costs time in a case where time matters.
What happens next
We acknowledge the report and look at the record behind the listing: who submitted it, when, and what has happened to it since. A listing that is credibly reported as stolen is taken off sale while the case runs, and any related payout is frozen at the same time.
We tell you the outcome. Where a case involves an order that has already been delivered, both sides are heard before anything is reversed.
For publishers and rights holders
Rights holders can write to [ABUSE EMAIL] with a scope of what is claimed and the basis for it. We remove what is infringing and we prefer a working relationship to a legal one — a channel that gets a fast answer is more useful to both sides than a takedown queue.
Security disclosure
Found a vulnerability? Send it to [ABUSE EMAIL] with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us time to fix it before publishing. We do not pursue researchers who act in good faith, keep the finding private until it is fixed, and do not access, alter or destroy other people's data.
