Fortnite — Frequently Asked Questions

Anything these answers miss, Live Chat picks up — human, around the clock.

Why are there Fortnite accounts for one or two euros, and what is wrong with them?

Nothing rare can be sold for that, because nothing rare can be produced any more. An account at that price is either shared instead of sold — the seller keeps the recovery email and can take it back — or stolen and awaiting recovery by its owner, or a bot-made account with an empty locker advertised with someone else's screenshot. The lower quartile in the statistics above is the realistic floor for an account that stays yours.

Can I use the account on PS5 if it was played on Xbox or PC?

Yes. The skins belong to the Epic account, not to the console, and one Epic account can be linked to PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and Steam at once. The catch is the link itself: if the account is already tied to someone else's PSN, that link has to be released before yours can be attached, and Epic applies a cooldown to unlinking. Check the platform field on the card if you play on console.

Which skins actually make an account expensive?

Items that cannot be obtained today at any price. Battle pass rewards from the first seasons — Renegade Raider, Aerial Assault Trooper, the Black Knight — and promotional skins such as Ikonik, the Galaxy Skin and Travis Scott. A skin that later returned to the item shop lost most of its premium, so an older account is not automatically a more expensive one.

What happens if the previous owner recovers the account?

Within 30 days of the order it is replaced or refunded — that is what the payment sitting with us is for. This is also why the email change is the first step: once the recovery address is yours, the previous owner has nothing left to recover with.

What does full access mean and why does it cost more?

Full access means the mailbox on the account comes with it, and you can change both the address and the password. Without it, the previous owner keeps a permanent route back in, which makes the account a rental rather than a purchase. The gap in price between the two is the price of actually owning what you bought.

Are free Fortnite accounts real?

The ones posted publicly are not. By the time a login and password are shared in a comment or a channel, either dozens of people have used them and the owner has already started a recovery, or the post is bait pointing at a fake login page built to take your own Epic credentials.

How fast is delivery?

Accounts from our own pool are released by the system once payment clears, usually in under three minutes. Accounts from external sellers depend on the seller, and the deadline is stated on the card before you pay rather than promised in general terms.

Most secure marketplace to buy Fortnite accounts

Every listing carries the full locker upfront, checkout runs inside the platform, and credentials land in your dashboard the moment payment confirms. Nothing is arranged with the seller off-site.

Two kinds of listing live on this page. Unique is one exact account from a verified seller — you see what you buy. Random and named come from the house pool: the guaranteed part is stated, the rest is chance.

Skin count is the number everyone looks at first, and it is the weakest predictor of price. An account with three hundred shop skins bought over five seasons is worth less than an account with forty, if those forty include items that have not come back to the item shop.

Rarity is what moves the number. Battle pass items from the first two seasons — Renegade Raider, Aerial Assault Trooper, the Black Knight — could only be earned while that pass was live. Promotional skins like Ikonik and the Galaxy Skin came with a phone, and Travis Scott came with an event. None of them can be bought today at any price, and that is the whole reason an old account costs more than a full one.

The second lever is what happened after the rarity. A skin that returned to the shop stops being scarce, and accounts built around it correct downwards within weeks. Halloween cosmetics are the usual example: several came back years later, and the older variants lost most of the premium they had carried.

Everything else is smaller and predictable: the V-Bucks balance is worth roughly its purchase price, account level barely registers, and Save the World access adds a fixed amount because it is still sold separately.

Access typeVaries — read the cardFull, with the mailbox on the account

Start with access, not with the locker. A Fortnite account is worth exactly as much as your ability to keep it, and that is decided by the email. Full access means you receive the mailbox that is on the account and can change both the address and the password; anything less is a rental with no end date, because the previous owner keeps the recovery path.

Second comes the platform link. The Epic account is the thing that owns the skins, and it can be connected to PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and Steam at the same time — so the same locker follows you across devices. What you cannot do is detach a console link on a whim: Epic allows unlinking, but there are cooldowns, and an account already linked to someone else's PSN will not accept yours until that link is released. Check the platform field on the card before anything else if you play on console.

Third is the locker itself, and here it is worth being specific rather than greedy. A listing that names the exact items is checkable; a listing that promises 'all skins' is not. Every card here lists the items it carries, and the rare ones are verified against the account data before the listing goes live rather than taken from the seller's description.

Price comes last, and it should. The statistics above are the real distribution for this game, taken from live listings — if an offer sits far below the lower quartile, the reason is usually in the first two points, not in the seller's generosity.

Start from the shelf you actually need

Each of these is the catalogue already filtered, with its own live median — so you can compare a slice against the whole game instead of scrolling for it.

Epic does not ban an account for changing hands. What it acts on is the pattern around the change: a login from a new country immediately after a long-dormant period, several devices in one day, or a chargeback on the original purchase. The practical advice follows from that — log in once, change the credentials, and do not play from two countries on the first evening.

The real risk is not a ban but a recovery. If the previous owner still holds the mailbox on the account, they can start a recovery at any point and take the account back with everything on it. This is why access is the first thing on the card and why payment sits with us until you confirm the login works and the email has been changed.

This is also the honest answer to the offers priced at a euro or two. An account at that price is one of three things: shared rather than sold, with the seller keeping the recovery path; stolen, and therefore due to be recovered by its owner; or a freshly made bot account with an empty locker and a screenshot borrowed from somewhere else. There is no fourth option — a locker with genuinely rare items has a floor price set by the fact that nobody can make another one.

Free accounts published in comments and Telegram channels work the same way. They are either already recovered by the time you read them or bait for a login page that harvests your own Epic credentials.

Change the account email to your own address first, before anything else — it is the only step that actually transfers ownership. Then change the password, and only then enable two-factor authentication, in that order: turning on 2FA before the email is yours locks the account to someone else's inbox.

After that, unlink the platforms you do not use and check the connected accounts list for anything unfamiliar. Sign out of all sessions if the option is offered. Do not launch a match until this is finished — the skins are not going anywhere, and the recovery window closes with the email, not with the first win.

In this exact order
  1. 1Sign in with the credentials from your order and check the locker against the listing. If anything is missing, stop here and open a dispute — the money is still in escrow.
  2. 2Change the email on the Epic account to your own address. This is the only step that actually transfers ownership; everything after it is housekeeping.
  3. 3Change the password.
  4. 4Enable two-factor authentication — after the email is yours, never before. Turning it on first locks the account to somebody else's inbox.
  5. 5Unlink the platforms you do not use and read the connected accounts list for anything unfamiliar.
  6. 6Sign out of all other sessions if the option is offered, then confirm receipt on the order so the seller gets paid.

If you are here to sell rather than buy, the listing is free and we take a commission only when the account actually sells. What raises the price is evidence: named items rather than a skin count, a screenshot of the locker, and honest access — an account sold with its mailbox is worth substantially more than the same locker without one, and it is the first thing every buyer filters on.
