capacity and campaign progress, not roster strength — so a low number tells a
buyer the account is young, and saying nothing is better for the seller than
saying "17".
At level eighty and above the picture reverses completely, because by then the
level is standing in for a long, real account.
- Lead with Mythicals if you have any. Nothing else on this shelf moves the

shelf, so they cannot help you choose, and paying extra for them means paying
for something every other listing also has.
