Code of Honor

A marketplace works on the assumption that both sides behave predictably. This page states what that means here, in plain terms, so nobody has to guess where the line is.

For buyers

— Secure the account the moment you receive it: password, recovery email, two-factor. Most recovery disputes trace back to this step being skipped.

— Raise problems inside the order, while the confirmation window is open. That window exists so the seller's money is still frozen when your complaint arrives; after it closes, the funds are gone and the case becomes far harder.

— Do not confirm delivery you have not checked, and do not sit on a broken delivery until the window expires.

— Do not use a chargeback in place of a dispute. It freezes the case, costs everyone money, and ends with the account closed.

For sellers

— List only accounts you own and can transfer. If an account has been recovered, banned or sold elsewhere, remove the listing before someone buys it.

— Describe accurately. Our numbers come from account data; a description that contradicts them is a dispute waiting to happen.

— Deliver within the stated window, and deliver credentials that work at the moment you send them.

— Do not attempt to recover an account after selling it. This is the one breach with no second chance: the listing history, the delivery record and the recovery attempt are all logged.

— Do not move a deal off the platform. The escrow is the only reason the buyer trusted the transaction in the first place.

What we do

— We verify listing data against what the supplier or seller submits, and we publish the numbers we can check rather than the adjectives we cannot.

— We hold seller funds until the buyer confirms, and we release them automatically when the window closes without complaint.

— We take an unresolved case to manual review instead of guessing. A case that stops halfway is reviewed by a person, not closed by a timer.

Consequences

Depending on what happened: a listing removed, a payout frozen while a case runs, a seller suspended, an account closed. Fraud — stolen accounts, stolen payment instruments, post-sale recovery — also means the transaction record is preserved and, where the law requires it, handed over.
