OG skin

A cosmetic from the game's early seasons that has not returned to the shop — rare because it cannot be bought any more.

"OG" in Fortnite means original: skins, pickaxes and gliders from Chapter 1 that were sold once and never again. Renegade Raider, Black Knight and the original Skull Trooper are the famous ones. Because cosmetics are bound to the account, an OG skin is bought the only way it can be — with the account — and the account's value follows its rarest cosmetic.
