Is Aerial Assault Trooper rarer than Renegade Raider?

Aerial Assault Trooper is one of the two outfits from the very first season's shop, sold for a few days in late 2017 to a player base a fraction of today's. It has not been offered since, and Epic has said the season one shop items will not return.
