Is IKONIK the same as the Galaxy skin?
No — different promotions, a year apart. Galaxy came with the Note 9 and Tab S4 in 2018, IKONIK with the S10 in 2019. Both are Samsung exclusives and both are closed supply; accounts with either sit on their own shelf here.
Can IKONIK still be redeemed?

IKONIK was the Samsung Galaxy S10 promotion skin from early 2019: it came only with the phone, was redeemed once per device, and was never in the item shop. When the promotion closed, the supply closed with it.
