What a chest is

A chest is a slice of the marketplace's own pool of accounts. The listing states the size range of what you can receive, the chance of an OG account and how much of the pool is left. Those numbers are the terms of the sale, and they are printed before you pay.

How delivery works

The draw happens when payment clears; the credentials appear on your order page within minutes. There is no seller in the loop and no manual step.

Named skins

A named listing is the same mechanism with one thing guaranteed: the skin in the title is on the account you receive. The rest of the locker comes from the pool.

Warranty

The same thirty days as everything else, handled by support directly.

When chests are not on the storefront

The section can be switched off by the marketplace — for maintenance of the pool, or by decision. When it is off, the menu item and the page are gone rather than empty; nothing about past orders changes.
