That is a cheap shelf, and it is cheap because what is sold is a licence: a
Ubisoft Connect or Steam login that owns The Division, The Division 2 or
both, in most cases never launched, sold for less than the store charges
or into a region the store will not sell to. The few played agents on the
shelf are priced by something else, and the tables keep them apart.

A licence is priced by what it would cost new, and the edition is most of
that: Gold adds the season pass and the expansions, Ultimate adds the rest,
and each step up costs roughly what the extras cost in the store. A title
that names no edition sells as the standard game. Read the edition before
the store, because the store adds almost nothing.

The two store rows sit side by side. A Steam copy of The Division still runs
through a linked Ubisoft Connect account, so a Steam listing hands over two
logins and a Ubisoft one hands over one; the shelf does not charge for the
difference. Read the store as a precondition — where the login lives and how
many logins you will be taking over — and not as a price.
A few titles state an SHD level — The Division 2's endgame counter, which
keeps climbing after the level cap — and those are played agents, not
licences: an account with hundreds of SHD levels has its gear, its
specializations and its exotics, and it is sold for them. There are too
few to make a ladder, and the rows above mix them with whatever else those
listings hold; read them one by one, and read the screenshots for the
build. The «not stated» row is the licences, which is to say the shelf.
The logins — plural, on a Steam copy. Ubisoft recovers an account through
its email and two-factor; Steam adds Steam Guard on top; a seller who keeps
either can take the account back. «Data change» is the promise that both
become yours, and «0 hours» means there is nothing on the account to
inherit. On a licence this cheap, those two lines are most of the
difference between two listings.
Name the edition first — Gold, Ultimate, or standard — because that is the
ladder, and a title without it sells at the bottom of it. Then the store
and the game: The Division, The Division 2 or both. Say that the logins
change hands — both of them, on a Steam copy. If your account is a played
agent, lead with the SHD level and the build, with screenshots; that is a
different product and it sells above every licence.
