Disputes as a seller

What happens

When a buyer opens a dispute, that order's share stays in escrow or on hold, and a human reads the listing, the chat and the delivery record. Your other orders are unaffected. The outcome is the order confirmed as delivered, a replacement, or a refund — and you see it on the order in your cabinet.

What is read

The card first: what did the listing promise. Then the chat: what was said beyond the card. Then the delivery record: when the order was marked delivered and what the buyer reported. A seller whose card was accurate and whose delivery matched it is in a strong position; a promise made in chat is held to.

How to be ready before it happens

• State the email status on account listings honestly, including the date if it cannot change yet.
• Keep every commitment in the chat rather than outside it.
• Deliver to the details on the order page and mark the order delivered when you do.

What is not a dispute

A buyer changing their mind after a working handover has been confirmed. A ban for what the buyer did on the account after delivery. For boosting, a result the listing did not promise.
