The paid tier that unlocks Premier matchmaking and drops; an account without it is worth far less.

Prime accounts queue with other Prime players, receive weekly drops and can play Premier. Since it became a purchase, "Prime" on a listing means the account has paid for it. Non-Prime accounts exist mostly as cheap smurfs.
