Because it was never sold. The Black Knight was the Season 2 battle pass tier 70 reward, and battle pass, event and promo cosmetics never enter the item shop — so they have no shop history at all. The only route to one now is an account that already has it.

That the skin last appeared in the shop that long ago and hasn't returned since. Epic has never announced a permanent vault, so nothing here is guaranteed gone for good — but the longer the gap, the fewer accounts carry it, and the more one of those accounts is worth.
