League skins never leave the account, so a skin is valued as a premium on an account: the rarer the skin and the fuller the collection, the higher the price. The exclusives are old — PAX Twisted Fate, the original Black Alistar, Victorious skins from ended seasons — and the market for them is a market for accounts that have them.

What drives the price of LoL skins

Major factors

• Discontinued and legacy skins. PAX skins, the King Rammus of the beta, Championship Riven 2012 and Victorious skins carry premiums; nothing sold in the current store does.
• Collection size and champion count. An account with every champion and several hundred skins sells as a collection, and the premium of any single skin is folded into that.
• Rank, level and server. A high rank, an honor level of five and a rare server combination change the price of the whole account.

Minor factors

• Prestige and mythic skins. Prestige skins earned in their event carry a small premium; mythic-shop reissues erode it.
• Chromas and gemstones. A full chroma set adds a little; hextech gemstones and orange essence add roughly their shop value.
• Email and ban history. An original email and a clean history are the difference between a buyer and a refund.

How LoL skins tend to tier

• Legacy. PAX skins, Black Alistar, early Victorious and Championship skins. Priced by scarcity, and the account is the product.
• Collector. Ultimate skins, prestige editions earned in their window, complete champion rosters.
• Store. Skins available for RP. Worth the RP price at most, and the collection matters more than any single one.

What buyers will not pay extra for

• Common and epic store skins outside a collection.
• Battle pass skins from recent events.
• Emotes, icons and ward skins.

Selling LoL skins

• List the legacy skins by name and the rest as counts: champions, skins, prestige editions.
• State the server, the rank and the honor level; they set the price of the account.
• Say whether the email can change. Buyers read it first.

Why a range, not a number

Two listings of LoL items are rarely the same bundle. The same item sits in different lockers, on accounts with different access status and different histories. A single figure would pretend to a precision the description cannot support; a range you can trust is more useful than a number that looks exact and is not.

What it deliberately ignores

Prices you paste in, claims about what someone once paid, and hype words. The model prices what you name, not what you hope. It also refuses to price an item the way it cannot change hands — an account-bound skin “by trade” gets priced as the account premium it really is.
