Every Clash of Clans listing opens with the Town Hall level, and it is a fair
place to start — but it is not the only strong number this game has, and the one
most sellers leave out tracks the price just as hard:

accounts are not a pocket-money market.
The ladder is real and it is not linear: the lower rungs sit almost on top of
each other, and the money starts near the top, where most of the shelf now
lives.
If your account is on one of those flat lower rungs, the Town Hall is not going
to carry the listing. Something else has to.
A high Builder Hall sells for several times the bottom band. And look at the
"not stated" row: a large slice of the shelf does not mention the Builder Hall
at all, and it sells barely above the bottom.
Some of that is correlation — an account with a high Builder Hall usually has a
high Town Hall too, which is exactly what the two coefficients above show. But
the listing consequence stands on its own: if you have built the Builder Base and
you do not say so, your account is being priced alongside the ones that have not.
It costs one line to fix.
The same logic runs through the rest of the account: heroes and their levels,
troop levels, the pets, the year the account was created. Together they are the
difference between "TH16" and "TH16 that can actually attack".
- The access type — the Supercell ID. Whether the account arrives with an
email you hand over and the buyer can change. Everything below is worth
nothing if this is wrong; see the risk section.
- Town Hall, Builder Hall, and hero levels. In that order, all three on
separate lines.
- Heroes maxed for the Town Hall level. A TH16 with TH13 heroes is a
different product from a maxed TH16, and buyers who play know it instantly.
- Walls, lab level, and what is still upgrading. An account mid-upgrade
with an empty builder queue is worth less than the same account finished.
- League, war stars and the clan situation. Whether the account is in a
clan, and whether it can leave cleanly.
- Gems, the pass status, and the creation year. Not price drivers on their
own, but each is a line a buyer would otherwise have to ask about.
- Move the Supercell ID to a mailbox you will hand over whole. Not your work
email. Create a separate inbox, bind the account to it, hand the inbox over
with the account, and the buyer changes it himself. An account "logged in on
your device" is lent, not sold.
- Unlink Google Play and Game Center. Either of them left attached is a way
back into the account that the buyer cannot close.
- Leave the village alone once it is listed. Do not start a long upgrade,
do not spend the gems, do not change the name. The listing goes through
moderation before it is shown, and a description that no longer matches comes
back with a reason — or fails at handover, which is a refund.
- Screenshot the village, the Builder Base and the hero screen. Three
frames. The hero levels are what a serious buyer checks first after the Town
Hall.
- Price from the bands above. Match both ladders — your Town Hall rung and
your Builder Hall band — before you set a number.
Supercell's terms forbid selling accounts, and the practical risk here is not a
ban — it is recovery by receipts. Supercell support restores an account to
whoever can show proof of purchase: gem receipts, the creation date, the device
ID. A previous owner who ever bought gems can reclaim the account even without
the mailbox, which is the single specific danger of this game and the reason
buyers ask about it.
For you it means the money does not arrive on delivery. It sits in escrow while
the buyer checks the login; if he stays silent the order confirms itself after
72 hours. Then the buyer's warranty runs, and only then does the amount land on
your balance. A recovery filed inside that window is a dispute you lose. Sell

deadline is printed on your listing; the buyer checks; the warranty runs; the
money lands on your seller balance; you request a payout — crypto or card.
