«How do I bind my Standoff 2 account» is asked so as not to lose it on a
new phone, and it is the right question. But Standoff 2 has a rule that
matters more than all the others and is rarely asked about: the primary
login cannot be changed. It decides both how to keep an account and what
you are really buying when you buy one.
A Standoff 2 game account is linked to third-party login methods: Google,
Facebook, VK, Game Center, Apple ID, Huawei ID. Axlebolt keeps no login
data for them — the game has no login and password of its own.
Several methods can be linked to one account, and it can be played across
platforms: created through Game Center, Facebook linked later, and it opens
on an iPhone and on Android alike. Only a service account not yet linked to
another Standoff 2 account can be linked: one Facebook profile, one game
account.
| login method | what can be done with it |
|---|
| Primary — the one the account was created with | Shown under «Settings → Authorization». Cannot be changed or unlinked |
| Additional — linked later | Link and unlink yourself: sign in with the primary → «Settings → Authorization» → «Unlink» |
Only methods available on your platform and game version can be linked:
Apple ID or Huawei ID will not link to the Google Play build.
Lose access to the Google or VK you signed in with, and it is the
service you recover, through its own support. Axlebolt stores no logins
and cannot name the password to someone's Google. If an additional method
is lost and the primary works, sign in with the primary and unlink the
broken one. If the primary is lost, Standoff 2 support with the account ID
— the only case where it can do anything.
Unlinking and deletion are different actions: unlinking removes one login
method, deletion destroys the profile. A deletion request is filed from the
game, and for ninety days it can be cancelled simply by signing in.
Here Standoff 2 is unlike Supercell or HoYoverse.
- The account cannot be re-homed. The primary login — the seller's
Google, VK or Game Center — stays primary forever. You can link your own
method as an additional one, but you cannot remove someone else's primary.
So a bought Standoff 2 account is really the seller's service account,
the one it was created with.
- The purchase is that service account. A listing is honest only if the
Google, VK or Apple ID of the primary login is itself handed over — with
an email and password you change, with a recovery phone you remove. An
account to which «your Facebook was linked as an additional method» stays
openable by the seller's primary.
- The game's rules forbid selling and sharing accounts and allow a
block. A bought account always carries that risk, and no setting removes
it.
The «full access» row is the listings where the primary login's service
account is handed over. What prices an account inside the shelf — rank,
calibration, inventory — is on the shelf itself and in the rank slices;
here one line matters: which method the account was created with, and
whether it is handed over.
- Open «Settings → Authorization» and read the primary login method.
That is what you must receive in full.
- Sign into that service account (Google, VK, Apple ID) and make it yours:
password, recovery email, phone, other devices and sessions.
- Link your own additional login method and unlink other people's
additional ones.
- Only then confirm the order. Until you do, the money is with us and not
with the seller.
The slices carry their own live medians:
And when you are ready — sell your Standoff 2 account:
escrow holds the payment until the buyer confirms the account opens and the
primary login's service account has become theirs.
The table on this page is read from our live catalogue when the page
loads, not written into the text — the shelf moves, and so do the numbers.
The binding, unlinking and recovery rules follow the Standoff 2 knowledge
base at the time of writing; the primary login method cannot be changed or
unlinked.
