Payment methods and cashback

What you can pay with

The checkout shows the methods available right now — card, Apple Pay or crypto. The price on the listing is the price you pay: there is no fee added at the last step.

Cashback

Three percent of what you paid lands back in your wallet after the order completes, and the wallet is spent on the next order. It appears in your dashboard under cashback; there is nothing to claim.

Currency of the listing

Listings are priced in their own currency and the checkout converts for display. The amount charged is the listing's price in its currency.

If a payment fails or hangs

A payment that did not go through leaves no order and nothing to refund. A payment that went through but shows no order within a few minutes is a case for support: the payment provider's confirmation can lag behind the charge, and a human reconciles it — see Orders and delivery times.
