When the buyer confirms delivery, your share moves to hold. It stays there until the warranty window on that order ends, then lands on your balance. The hold is not a fee: it is what makes a buyer willing to pay a stranger before receiving anything, and it is released on its own when the window closes.
Your balance is the sum of released orders, in your payout currency. The cabinet shows both the balance and what is still on hold, per order.
Request a payout from the cabinet: the amount, the method — crypto or card — and the destination. A human reviews payout requests; the cabinet shows each request's status. Your account must be verified before the first payout.
The commission is 0% and there is no fee on payout. The amount you request is the amount that leaves. Whatever a crypto network or a card provider charges on their side is theirs, not ours.
The share for a disputed order stays on hold until the dispute is decided. Orders that are not disputed are unaffected.
