Promo code

A code entered at checkout for a percentage or fixed discount; some are personal and work only for the account they were issued to.

Codes come from the marketplace's channels — the Discord server, partners, the daily case. A code has a minimum order, a cap, an expiry and a use limit, and it is applied before cashback is computed. A personal code seen on someone else's screenshot will not work for you: it is bound to the account it was issued to.
