How to get a Brawl Stars account back: Supercell ID, changing the email, Account Protection — and what it means when you buy
A Brawl Stars account lives behind a Supercell ID — the email it is connected to. With the email, the account comes back in a minute from the game's own menu; without it, only support with proof of ownership. The email can be changed to your own inside the game. Here is how to recover, change and protect it — and why, when you buy an account, all of that is one line.
«How do I get my Brawl Stars account back» is asked in two situations: a new phone and the account is nowhere, or the account was taken. The answer is the same in both and starts not with support but with a question: which email was it connected to. Because a Brawl Stars account is a Supercell ID.
What a Supercell ID is
Supercell ID is Supercell's single login for all its games: the email the account is connected to, and the verification code that arrives there on sign-in. There is no password in the usual sense — there is an email. Whoever reads the email signs into the account, and whoever reads it gets the account back.
| situation | what to do |
|---|---|
| Connected to Supercell ID, the email is yours | In the game: settings → Supercell ID → log in. The progress comes back in full, by itself, in a minute |
| Connected, no email | Support: if you prove the Supercell ID is yours, they change its email to a new one — an address not yet connected to any Supercell ID |
| Not connected to Supercell ID | Support through the game's settings → «Help and Support»; to return the account they create a Supercell ID for you, so have an email ready |
What support asks for as proof, if the account is not protected: the account's level and progress, the club's name, and the transaction IDs of purchases made on it. Remember that phrase — for a buyer it matters more than anything else here.
Changing the Supercell ID email
The email can be changed inside the game, without support: settings → Supercell ID → the cogwheel → «Change Email». You need access to the current email — a verification code arrives there; the new email must not already be connected to another Supercell ID. There is no limit on how many times it can be changed.
Two caveats from Supercell's own help. Changing the email may be disabled for accounts Supercell deems unsecured — those may not receive codes. And some email domains are not supported by Supercell ID — an error on the change is most often that.
Account Protection
«Account Protection» in the Supercell ID settings is a phone number for SMS verification and a Recovery Code. With it, support verifies the owner quickly; without it, by the list of proofs above. Turning it on is the first thing to do after changing the email to your own.
What it means when you buy an account
The three sections above fold into one: the account belongs to whoever controls the Supercell ID email — and to whoever can prove the purchases.
- A full-access listing — the email is handed over, and you change it to your own inside the game (the seller receives the code on the old email and confirms the change, or hands over the mailbox itself). After the change the old email no longer opens the account.
- A listing without email access — an account you use until the previous owner decides to take it back through their email. That is a rental with no end date, and on our shelf it costs less for exactly that reason.
- The transaction IDs stay with whoever bought the gems. Even after the email is changed, an account with a long purchase history can in theory be proven by its previous owner through support. That is a risk no setting removes — only the choice of seller and their record on the shelf.
How to read our shelf
| what is handed over | listings | median |
|---|---|---|
| full access — the Supercell ID email goes to the buyer | 2 074 | $19.00 |
The «full access» row is the listings where the email goes to the buyer. What prices an account inside the shelf — trophies and the roster — is the subject of what trophies actually tell you; here only the handover line matters.
After the purchase: the first ten minutes
- Settings → Supercell ID → the cogwheel → «Change Email» — to your own, not yet connected to any Supercell ID.
- Turn on Account Protection: your phone, and a Recovery Code saved outside the phone.
- Check that the old email no longer opens the account: sign out and sign back in with yours.
- Only then confirm the order. Until you do, the money is with us and not with the seller.
The slices carry their own live medians:
And when you are ready — sell your Brawl Stars account: escrow holds the payment until the buyer confirms the account opens and the Supercell ID email has become theirs.
The table on this page is read from our live catalogue when the page loads, not written into the text — the shelf moves, and so do the numbers. The recovery, email-change and protection steps follow Supercell's help pages at the time of writing; changing the email may be disabled for accounts Supercell deems unsecured.

PRZECZYTAJ DALEJ
Trophy count is the headline number — and on our shelf it is also the number the price follows most tightly, with the roster size beside it. What the count means at each band, why a hypercharge count does not price an account, and how Supercell ID decides ownership. Every figure is read from the live shelf.
A Black Knight account is priced like a relic, and for once the shelf agrees: listings with the Season 2 skin ask a multiple of those without it, with lockers of comparable size on both sides. Why this skin moves the price when most rare skins do not, and what to check before you buy — every figure read live from our shelf.
A Delta Force account is a Level Infinite Pass — an email and a password — and Steam is linked to it one-to-one. How to switch accounts on the launcher and on Steam, why logging out closes the game, how deletion works with its 30-day cooling-off, why guest progress dies with the phone, and which login line to read on a listing.
